These Terms of Service govern your use of GGIF. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the service

GGIF provides GIF search and the ability to send GIFs through a companion Discord bot. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt or harm the service, other users, or Discord servers.

2. Discord accounts

Logging in with Discord is required to send GIFs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. GGIF does not store your Discord password.

3. GIF content

GIFs are provided by third parties such as Giphy and Openverse, and may be added to your personal library. We do not claim ownership of third-party GIFs. You are responsible for how you use and share GIFs, including respecting applicable copyright and community rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service — including spamming sends, attempts to overload the servers, reverse engineering, or scraping at volume. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of search results, or that GIFs will always be sendable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGIF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
